Biography: I am the youngest child of George and Mary (Yienger) Dorsey being born on August 3, 1945 in Baltimore, Maryland
at St. Agnes Hospital. I grew up in Southwest Baltimore at 111 S. Franklintown Rd and attended St Benedict's Elemtery School.
For the first two years of High School I attended St Vincent's Seminary in Latrobe Pa. At that time I felt I wanted to be
a Benedictine Priest. After I realized that was not my calling I left St Vincent's and returned home. By that time my family
had moved with my Aunt Grace Yienger to Woodlawn at 1305 Dorchester Ave.. For the last two years I attended Woodlawn Sr. High
School from which I graduated. I then entered the US Air Force with most of my career being spent in Langley AFB in Virginia,
with some time spent in Thailand during the Vietnam War. While in the Air Force I met and married Beverly Lynn Taylor
and we had two children together (Scott and Steve) After the Air Force I entered the Baltimore City Fire Department, where
I spent the next 36 years retiring in 2003 from Engine 26 located on Fort Ave. near Ft. McHenry. I retired as a
Pump Operator. I now live in South Central Pa with my wife Beverly, and have worked at several part time jobs since retirement. The
part time job I enjoy most is spoiling my grandchildren.
