Margaret Ann Dorsey

Biography: Margaret Ann Dorsey was the daughter of John and Catherine (Lillis) Dorsey and was born in August of 1856. Margaret never married living her whole life with her siblings. According to the 1900 census she was listed as a seamtress. At the time of her death she was living with her sister Catherine Lochboehler at 2005 West Baltimore Street. Her cause of death was corornary hemorige. She was laid to rest with most of her family in New Catheral Cemetery. Her obituary out of the Baltimore Sun Papers read as follows: "Dorsey-- On March 20, 1938, Margaret A., beloved daughter of the late John and Catherine Dorsey. Funeral from the home of her sister Mrs. Catherine Lochboehler, 2005 West Baltimore Street, on Wednesday at 8:30 A.M. Requiem High Mass at St. Martin's Church at 9 A.M. Interment in Catheral Cemetery."
